John Plepel, Real Estate Agent

John Plepel began his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser for a national firm and then in the Advisory Services Department for a national real estate consulting firm.  After several years of working in commercial real estate full-time and investing in residential real estate as a hobby, John decided to combine his skills and knowledge of real estate and his passion for helping people into a new career as a real estate agent.

Mr. Plepel uses his analytical skills to give clients useful real-time valuation estimates to help ensure they are getting the best possible value.  His knowledge of financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis is particularity useful to investors looking for discount future cash flows.  Lastly, Mr. Plepel joined Baird & Warner so that he could offer the Chicago Area’s best marketing tools and internet infrosturcture to each of his listing clients.
